Katie Trigg | Music / Performing Arts

Katie is a first year University of Waikato student with a passion for singing. She is interested in computer science, in particular programming. Her goal is to sing opera internationally, but says that the computer science helps to keep herself well-rounded. Katie has recently performed at Carnegie Hall in NYC as part of the 2017 Honors Performance Series, and prior to that toured with the NZSSC to Canada in 2016, where she successfully auditioned for a solo with the massed choir during the finale of the closing gala concert at the Kathaumixw International Choral Festival.
