Hi! I’m Luke, I’m a sixteen-year-old guitarist and songwriter, as well as an aspiring filmmaker from Tauranga. I’m a Year 12 student at Mount Maunganui College.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been extremely passionate about music, but it wasn’t until 2 years ago when I picked up a guitar for the first time, and since I did, I’ve never put it down! For the better part of a year, I’ve been writing chord progressions and melodies, as well as writing lyrics to help me express how I’m feeling at that time. Music to me is quite therapeutic, and being able to create it myself is the most calming and incredible experience.

I’m currently trying to form a rock band so I can start getting my ideas to come to life and share them with other music lovers around the world, as well as perform gigs around Tauranga and the rest of New Zealand. I hope that one day my music will bring people together and help them become more in touch with their emotions and feelings.
