Cole McOnie | Sport

I have been racing BMX since I was three years old, so it is well and truly a lifelong love and passion of mine. It is a dream come true to be able to do what I love and strive to be the best at the highest level of my chosen field. As well as a BMX Racer I am also a full time student and Hillary Scholar at the University of Waikato, studying towards a degree in Sport, Health and Human Performance. I also coach and mentor a lot of younger riders, as well as co-owning a BMX specific graphic design company. I’m thankful for any and all support I receive in the pursuit of an Olympic Gold Medal.
