I am a 20 year old wahine Māori with a very strong background in Basketball. I have been playing since I was 7 years old, Refereeing since I was 11, and Coaching since I was 13. Basketball has taken me all across the country on many trips, as well as overseas to showcase and develop in every aspect of the game. I give my many thanks to where it all started for me, back in my home town of Reporoa. Although we are seen as a small farming community, this is where Basketball started to have a very big influence on my life, and has been that way ever since.
