I’ve been Rock Climbing since I was 10 years old. Up until the start of 2022, I was a boulder and lead climber, competing in national competitions, and achieving many NZ titles. I also competed in two Youth World Championships. In the last 12 months, I have switched my focus to concentrate just on Speed Climbing. This year (2022) I came second in the Australian Youth Nationals in the Speed event. I will be competing in multiple Open World Cups over the next couple of years and hope to gain qualification into the Olympics.

Along with my sport, I am also very passionate about the environment. In a couple of years I aim to become a Ranger with the Department of Conservation, so I can help protect and restore our native ecosystems.
